A custom jewelry project starts with your ideas -- we can work from your concept, a drawing or photograph. Paolucci Jewelers has delighted many customers by producing a piece of unique fine jewelry which represents a high standard of quality, but also dazzles the eye.

Custom jewelry design is a process that has several steps:

Step 1: Submit a picture or drawing, or we can create one from the customerÕs design.

Step 2: Customer receives a detailed quote with total cost, sketches, stone size/weight and other details.

Step 3: Once the quote is approved, a wax model is created, which provides our customers with the opportunity to view their jewelry concept in 3D.

Step 4: Changes are finalized and the wax is cast into the desired metal.

Step 5: The stones are then set, and the piece is polished and cleaned for shipment, or the customer to pick-up.

While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, we must recover some of our design and material costs if the customer should decide to abandon the project or return the item.
